Being the “new person” at any given job can sometimes be a trying experience. On top of learning your new role, you are also learning to adapt to new systems, software and people. As DaviesMoore’s most recent “new girl,” I can attest that the new-job blues are minimal over here—the people are welcoming and helpful with any questions systems and software. Based on my own positive experience, I’m happy to introduce, and a little hesitant to relinquish my “new girl” title to our newest account executive, Christina Hirsch.
We had a good feeling about Christina from the first time we met with her. She comes to us with a degree from the Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University and ten years of experience in strategic planning and campaign management. Upon accepting our job offer, Christina validated our good feeling: she jumped right in, before her first day on-site at DM, by responding to emails and crossing things off her to-do list right and left. Needless to say, we are impressed.
Christina is easy to talk to, quick to smile and even quicker to make you laugh. Personally, I’m excited to watch another boss lady do her thing. Welcome, Christina—we’re so glad you’re here!
