Account Coordinator

We are seeking an Account Coordinator who is passionate about strategic marketing, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere.

 Account Coordinator, Boise Idaho Job Description: 

The primary area of responsibility for this position is to provide support to the agency’s largest account, as well as day-to-day management of the agency’s various accounts. This includes providing administrative assistance and coordinating internal work flow, including maintaining a high level of awareness and organization of client activities, detail-oriented project management, and professional communication with key client contacts as needed. 

The individual who fills this position must be driven and exemplify strong leadership qualities, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress well, multitask, and fit into the agency’s established culture. This position is designed for quick growth, so the ideal candidate will come in hungry for opportunity and willing to put in the work for it. 

Position responsibilities will include: 

● Support client services team to execute strategic initiatives to meet client objectives 

● Facilitate internal workflow by coordinating or gathering background information and/or resources needed to complete various jobs 

● Work closely with media and creative departments to communicate client goals and ensure projects stay on-strategy and on-brand 

● Manage several tasks at once while hitting deadlines 

● Track and maintain an organized schedule of all account jobs 

● Create project timelines and making sure all work meets client deadlines 

● Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls 

● Prepare client service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications 

● Work closely with client contacts to receive information and distribute it through the agency to the proper team members 

● Work with vendors to receive bids and place orders

● Develop reports and monthly recaps 

 Education and Training: 

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in advertising/marketing/communications or relevant field. Successful candidate will need to be able to manage a wide variety of tasks at one time with a strong emphasis on detail. 

In addition, applicants must: 

Possess a knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing and advertising 

Have strong verbal and written communication skills 

Be motivated by a large workload with opportunity to grow 

Be competitive and confident to lead a room 

Desire to take ownership of projects 

Maintain a professional appearance and persona 

Salary Range: 

$48,000 – $55,000 per year
