2017 Marketing & Advertising Internships

Looking for an internship with an established full-service marketing and advertising agency? You’ve come to the right place. Because DaviesMoore is more than a creative agency, our internships provide well-rounded exposure and hands-on experience working on fully-integrated marketing strategies with clients across multiple industries.

Our goal is to provide a few, select interns with marketable skills, constructive feedback, a better understanding of the structure of an agency and an appreciation for what makes working in this industry so rewarding.

During the 6-week program, we’ll split our intern team between two tracks to maximize learning while providing access to multiple departments for a varied experience. Each intern will be immersed in daily work, shadowing DM employees and working collaboratively on projects. Interns will decide between the “Suits” or “Sandals” track and will focus their time accordingly.

  • Suits:

    You’ll work Uptown on the 3rd floor among the account services, media, PR and accounting departments. We consider this the business end, focusing on client relationships, budgets and GRP’s and leading the charge as we develop strategy for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to see the client-facing side of DaviesMoore and experience the backend processes that drive our marketing plans. (Bonus: our fully appointed chef’s kitchen is upstairs; how can you pass that up?)

  • Sandals:

    Downtown is where creations come to life! As an intern Downtown, you will work in one of the most unique office spaces in Boise that dons a 100-year-old bank vault as a centerpiece. You’ll learn strategic concepting and design from our very talented creative team of art directors, graphic designers and copywriters. Additionally, you’ll get hands-on experience with digital media and inbound marketing strategies working with our in-house digital gurus as well as an opportunity to geek out with our development team. While Sandals may sound like a beach party, this group works hard to create killer campaigns for our clients.
