I believe learning new skills and leaving your comfort zone is the only way to unlock your creative potential.
I grew up in Bronx, New York and fell in love with playing guitar, sampling old records, and making beats. My favorite pastime is digging through old records in new places. My professional career began in Broadcast Radio and Audio Production. I’ve worked for SiriusXM Satellite Radio and have done production work for several audio podcasts and radio shows.
Before taking Web development seriously, I got a Master’s in Education from CUNY Hunter College. I’ve taught High School Special Ed in the Bronx and English in South Korea. Becoming a teacher was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done, but it taught me that I can do anything.
While teaching in Korea, I built a phonics website and began pursuing web development full-time. Since then, I’ve worked on a number of web applications. I love building engaging websites and learning about the latest trends in graphic and type design.
My wife and I are proud parents to a rescue pitty named Audrey.
