Director of Client Services
My uncle, who was the original Marlboro cowboy, introduced me to the advertising world at a very young age. As a child, I loved to hear his stories about the industry and will always remember my college spring break vacations to Los Angeles to spend time with him and to rub elbows with his “celebrity” friends. However, for every ad guy, there is an attorney. At least that seems to be the situation in my family (case in point: I have a cousin who represented Jeffrey Dahmer).
Consequently, it is probably no surprise that I elected to pursue both a career in law and in advertising. Prior to my advertising career, I practiced law in Chicago, IL.
Once making the switch into the glamorous ad world, my career was a bit of an alphabet soup… I worked at key global agencies like: FCB, DMB & B and JWT. Over the years, I have worked on a wide variety of high-profile consumer package goods, industrial and retail-driven businesses.
A fun fact to note, the number four seems to play a key role in my life. I am the oldest of four children. I was born in the (four-letter) state of Ohio. I have four letters in my first name and four letters in my last name. My husband also has four letters in his first name and four letters in his last name. I drive a Mini, and our oldest dog’s name is Emma. The name of the newest addition to our family is Montague. Granted, Montague is an eight-letter vs. a four-letter name but, Montague is a Great Pyrenees puppy who is expected to weigh between 150 – 180 pounds when fully grown. A four–letter name just did not seem large enough for the Mighty Monte.
